Payment Methods: Refunds will be processed through the same payment method used for the original purchase (Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI Linked Bank Account). Cash on Delivery (C.O.D.) Conditions for Refund Initiation Consignment Issues: Refunds can be initiated within 24 hours if the consignment is returned to origin (R.T.O.), in transit, damaged, lost, or misrouted, confirmed by the logistics service provider (L.S.P.). 7. Sale Items Non-Refundable: Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.
